We have been a workshop for field pressure testing of pressure vessels. All strength, leak and combined pressure tests are conducted in accordance with ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3.
We can perform hydro testing services for gas and liquid petroleum pipelines and vessels, and we always supply our clients with a Test Program prior to carrying out any actual testing. Once testing is complete, we drain and thoroughly dry the pipeline and vessels, reducing the risk of corrosion and ensuring there is minimal moisture left to contaminate the product flow.
We can provide suitably qualified and experienced engineers, supervisors, testing operatives and the latest equipment for testing & commissioning, throughout Tunisia 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our operatives are multi-skilled, willing to undertake general mechanical duties whilst awaiting their own workfaces.
The comprehensive range of equipment includes:
- Mobile hydraulic fill and pressure units capable of filling at 200 gpm and pressurizing to 10000 PSI.
- A large selection of air driven pressurizing pumps.
- A large selection of BARTON charts recorders.
- Mobile container with a large type and sizes of blind flanges, hoses and connections.
